Very consistent appearance. Intense and quite ethereal bouquet reminiscent of prunes with hints of vanilla and meadow flowers. Taste is full, warm, complex, very velvety and round.

Strong and complex meditation wine.
At table is ideal for red meat dishes.
Excellent with game, stew and pot roast.
Serving Temperature:
Uncork in advance and pour in a decanter. Serve at room temperature around 18-20 C°.
